PVL header texture


TPL1D is a program that simulates the transient photoluminescent (PL) signal of a silicon wafer under pulsating illumination.

TPL1D is a compiled Matlab program that requires MathWorks' MCR library (Version R2012a) to be installed on your computer. Instructions for running TPL1D are given in the file 'readme.txt' contained in the zipped folder ''.

TPL1D was developed by Kai Wang, William McLean and Henner Kampwerth, all from the University of New South Wales (UNSW). Kai and Henner are in the School of Photovoltaic and Renewable Energy Engineering (SPREE), and William is in the School of Mathematics and Statistics. TPL1D is also available on the SPREE website.
