SOLAR CELL LIBRARY
The solar cell library is a supplementary reference to an article [Fel15] that was published in the IEEE Journal of Photovoltaics. It also contains data from [Des13].
The article and this solar cell library is a repository of information for simulating common types of silicon solar cells. They contain
- IV and QE curves;
- structural, electrical and optical inputs;
- input files for Quokka 2 and Sentaurus, where available; and
- a list of associated references.
The library contains less information than [Fel15], which also provides many justifications and assumptions associated with the input values, parameterisation equations for some inputs, analysis of the cell simulations, and more detail on cell geometries.
The Quokka input files are compatible with Quokka Version 2.2.4. Sentaurus input files are still to be added to the library.
